WHITE BOUNCY HOUSE CASTLE BY WILLIAM FORSYTHE

William Forsythe is a pioneer of movement. Renowned for his intricate choreographies, and art direction. Forsythe crafts experiences that engage more than just the body; they engage all five senses in a philosophical ballet. Exemplifying that movement can be an infinite exploration in our every day life...

Among his notable contributions in the world of art, dance, and music - Forsythe's large-scale installation, "The White Bouncy House Castle," is a collaboration between Forsythe, his wife and fellow choreographer Dana Caspersen, and composer Joel Ryan. An installation that redefines our relationship with space itself, emphasizing that within movement lies the potential to be limitless despite the automations of our fixed, external world. Set within a stark bucolic structure... this juxtaposition challenges participants to "bounce" through space differently, moving between the softness and rigidity, navigating the noise of the world.
